The relief depicts the fondly remembered boat that was once used to take golfers from a slipway in Malahide to their Island Golf Course across the outer estuary. It presents today’s club members with an attractive decoration, and a permanent reminder of a simpler age. The bronze is located on the 13th Tee, the location of the former Club House. It measures roughly 76 cms x 54 cms and is mounted on a granite stone.
